Setting up a company in Singapore is remarkable easy. Getting to work for your own company might not be.

Reserve A Name

When setting up a company in Singapore, one of the first things you would want to do is to see if your company name is available for business registration in Singapore. You can check and register on ACRA, Singapore’s online business portal. It will take you 10 minutes and 15 SGD and you have reserved your company name within the Business Database of Singapore.

Register The Company

After reserving the name, you have a certain period to register the company properly. Singapore government is providing a number of online tools to get what you need in order to get this sorted.
