FUTURISTIC KEYNOTE

WHEN AI TAKES THE HELM: CAN THE MARITIME WORLD KEEP UP?

The AI Reorg is a sharp, urgent briefing on how artificial intelligence is dismantling and reshaping modern organisations — and the maritime sector is no exception. This session will explore the wave of restructures, role changes, and operational shifts sweeping through shipping, ports, and logistics — not as incremental tech upgrades, but as a systemic rewrite. Drawing from boardroom decisions and frontline disruption, it highlights why short-term AI gains can mask long-term fragility. Leaders will gain insights into what it takes to stay competitive, humane, and future-proof in a world where algorithms are steering the change. Forget transformation decks — this is reorg by AI, and the clock is ticking.

LOOKING INTO THE FUTURE: WHAT’S NEXT?

Industry stands on the brink of a new era. This closing session looks ahead to how vision, creativity, and leadership will define what comes next – followed by a celebration of those already shaping the future at the SNIC Innovation Awards.
