He has designed & executed go-to-market strategies, built & managed multi-disciplinary revenue and capital formation teams globally across 4 continents, and consistently surpassed milestone targets for multiple high-growth companies with ownership over revenues ranging from $2M to $200M.

Angela Ng:

Angela has 20 years of corporate experience in the APAC’s Media and Marketing industry where she honed her skills as a human-experience designer.In 2016, she decided to embark on her 2nd career in learning and development to fulfil her childhood dream, moving from Designing for Consumerism to Designing for Education & Well-being. Currently she is a Senior Lecturer with SIT and also a leadership trainer for Singapore Armed Forces. She develops and delivers both academic and professional training programs relating to Communication and Experience Design. She has a Master in Positive Psychology, and currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology with University of Reading. She is the author of the book, “What Colours Are You Feeling?”, TEDx Singapore 2019 Speaker on “Design Think To Happiness” and launched the “Emotional Baggage” board game in Singapore Design Week 2022.

Jostein Aksnes:

Jostein Aksnes, CEO of Seven Peaks Software in Bangkok, has a strong software engineering and management background. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality software and design services at Seven Peaks, together with a team of 200 passionate tech professionals

Ram Gopalakrishnan:

Ram leads AWS Private Equity Business Development in ASEAN. In his role, Ram works with leading private equity firms to drive technology adoption and digital value creation initiatives at their portfolio companies.

Prior to AWS, Ram spent 15 years in Private Equity and Financial Services, leading or supporting over $3bn in transactions across 16 private equity investments in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Ram has led investments in pharmaceuticals, consumer, transport, and infrastructure and has been a board director/observer for numerous companies.

Ram holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Computer Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. Ram is an AWS Certified Cloud Solution Architect Associate and holds a Senior Director accreditation issued by the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Håkon Ellekjær:

Chief Commercial Officer at Pelagus 3D, a thyssenkrupp Wilhelmsen joint venture. Passionate about innovation and transformation, he develops and brings innovative products, solutions, and services to the maritime and offshore industry. In his role as CCO in Pelagus 3D, he is fulfilling the vision to disrupt the spare parts supply chain for maritime and offshore OEMs and end users.
