6:35 PM	“Innovation that makes a difference”	Erik Ingvoldstad CEO, PayTech Neo Erik explores the power of human-centric innovation, challenging traditional assumptions about technology and product development. Erik argues that truly impactful solutions emerge when organisations prioritise understanding genuine human needs, moving beyond superficial metrics and conventional buzzwords. Through the lens of his proprietary Humanistic Thinking™ framework, he shows how empathy, iterative processes, and openness to failure drive real-world success. Additionally, Erik will give an exclusive preview of Subtrac, an innovative subscription management platform from PayTech Neo, designed to address the rapidly escalating challenge of uncontrolled business subscription expenses. Discover how embracing authentic human-centricity can lead to sustained innovation, improved efficiency, and measurable impact.
6:50 PM	“On the forefront of innovations in large corporations”	Moritz Schuster Growth Principal, BCG X Ventures Southeast Asia Moritz will share examples of BCG’s work with large corporations on using customer-centric innovation to launch new products and businesses to the market. He offers key insights to the processes of Olam launching Agri-tech venture, Lippo launching the largest digital wallet, Singtel/Grab launching GXS bank and Singapore Airlines launching Pelago. Showcasing BCG’s innovation framework and DVFS approach, Moritz provides unique insights to how large corporations successfully launch new products and services.
7:05 PM	“Future-Proofing Telecom: Mastering Customer Centricity in the Digital Age”	Danny Han Vice President Strategy, Telenor Asia The telecom industry is navigating a period of rapid change, driven by new technologies and digital service innovations. As telecom companies evolve into “telecom-tech” champions, the focus is shifting beyond just connectivity to creating more personalized and engaging experiences for customers. Being at the forefront of this evolution is key for unlocking new business opportunities, in addition to shaping how mobile companies build a customer-centric culture and collaborate with partners to create better customer experiences. In this session, Danny Han, Head of Strategy at Telenor Asia, will be discussing the telecom approach to customer centricity. He’ll be sharing examples from Telenor Asia’s various markets, looking at both consumer and enterprise applications to illustrate different strategies and insights.
