Please note that we start 30 mins earlier than previously announced.
Parking: If you are driving, just park in the basement. We will give you a pass for free parking at the registration.
Registration: The registration will take place from 8 am just outside the ballroom. Please go directly to the registration. We appreciate it if you bring your business card and deliver it to make name recognition and registration go smoothly. We serve coffee and tea from 8 am.
Lanyards&nametags: We will give you a lanyard with a name card at the registration. The name card will feature your first and last name and company. If you registered for the conference after 10. November, you will get a lanyard and can fill in your name and company on the card. When you are leaving the conference, please remove the name card and leave the lanyard in a box we have placed at the exit.
Seating: There will be three VIP tables in the front (we will notify VIPs separately). For other participants, it is free seating around tables with a capacity of 9 tables.
