The Norwegian Business Association Singapore, Royal Norwegian Embassy, and Innovation Norway cordially invite you as a Norwegian Company Member of NBAS to purchase tables at the Annual Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2023.
We are thrilled to announce this year’s head chef at the Norwegian Seafood Dinner, Mr. Markus Dybwad, and the seafood provided by Snorre Food and Frank Nesheim.
Markus is the proprietor and chef of the historic Grefsenkollen, which majestically overlooks Oslo. He has a deep love for Singapore and the Norwegian community and has been involved with the Seafood Dinner for several years. Markus will bring with him two celebrity chefs from Norway.
We are honored to have Noma-alumnus and owner of Oslo’s hottest Michelin starred restaurant, HotShop, Mr. Jo Bø Klakegg, join us. Also, Mr. Filip August Bendi, who came in second place at the Bocuse d’Or, the world championship of culinary arts in January of this year, will be working his magic at this year’s Norwegian Seafood Dinner.
Together with the Singaporean chefs, led by master chef Jimmy Chok, this star team will create a spectacular culinary experience for you and your customers, using exquisite ingredients from Snorre Food, accompanied by wine from Odfjell.
We are delighted to have such a talented group of chefs on board for this year’s edition of the Norwegian Seafood Dinner. We are confident that their creativity and passion for food will give us an unforgettable culinary experience!

Price per table of 10 pax: SGD 5,250As a Norwegian Company Member of NBAS, you can purchase an unlimited number of tables within the capacity of the venue. Payments are non-refundable.
Registration: Registration at firstname.lastname@example.org on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each company will be invoiced accordingly, and the invoice must be paid in full within 14 days after receiving the invoice in order to secure the reservation.
