The Norwegian Cultural Center’s vision is to build a space for inter-cultural collaboration between Norway and Singapore. Our aim is to include a broad range of genres such as visual arts, music, theatre, dance and literature. With exhibitions, performances, work-shops and classes we wish to foster cultural enrichment for a young and diverse audience in Singapore.
