Mr Lim is a strong advocate for digitalisation to drive innovations and collaborations in an innovation ecosystem approach involving maritime enterprises, R&D community, start-ups, and technology partners.

Mr Sveinung Oftedal, Specialist Director in the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment.
Mr Oftedal has a strong involvement in international negotiations on environmental requirements for the maritime sector. Currently Chairman of the IMO Working Group on Greenhouse Gas emissions, and Coordinator of the IMO/PPR Correspondence group on biofouling.
